}  How does textile restoration differ from A retail dry-cleaning operation?

}  Know how to lower and control the textile portion of the claims cost.

}  Learn the steps of a successfully managed textile claim.

}  Understand the key benefits  of using  A textile restoration specialists for the homeowner, adjuster and agent.

}  Know how to identify a professional textile restoration specialist.

At the conclusion of the course attendees will know:

 

  • How to integrate textile restoration services with loss documentation that creates accuracy, accountability and efficiency for the adjuster.
  • How to insure policyholder satisfaction at the time of A claim, by helping to set proper expectations on the textile restoration portion of the loss.
  • Reduce claim costs and ratios  by properly identifying when a textile restoration specialist is needed to indemnify the claim, and the cost associated to choosing not to.
