What is the goal of this presentation? The goal is to help managers, owners of all levels, make the leap from boss to coach by learning how to provide developmental coaching as a part of everyday contact. Becoming a coach begins with the manager understanding the coaching process and using it to move their staff/sales people and managers to self and peer coaching, so that everyone on the team becomes a coach.
What is Sales Coaching? Coaching is a first philosophy, a way of life. It is mental. It is spiritual. It is visceral-a gut level attitude that determines how a manager works with his or her people. The good news is that the coaching “spirit” can begin with a single manager.
