Jeff Williams serves as a First Responder and Area Manager for CRDN of Michigan and Northwest Ohio, a founding member of the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network which provides garment and textile restoration across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

His responsibilities include meeting with homeowners as the initial point of contact and conducting a scope of the loss site, directing the company’s customer service team representatives at the onset of the pack-out, and facilitating the textile restoration process as an extension of his clients’ services. Personally involved in more than 3,000 textile restoration claim assignments, Williams also frequently conducts Continuing Education classes as part of his commitment to educating insurance adjusters, agents, mitigators, contents companies and contractors about the role and value of professional textile restoration.
